Can I book my room online?

The prices listed online are more expensive, and blocked out for our wedding dates. You cannot book online. Please call or text Kishe at 254-577-0899 for special wedding prices ($100-$350/night) and to reserve your spot!

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

You can cancel for a full refund if you realize you can not make it.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by August 1, 2025. If you know you are staying the weekend, PLEASE CALL OR TEXT Kishe at 254-577-0899 TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM. You can also text Kim at 713-417-8956 to RSVP.

Which Airport should I fly into?

DFW and Love field in Dallas are both about 2 hours drive. Austin airport (AUS) is about 1 hour 45 minutes and Houston (IAH) is about 2.5 hours drive. The last 3-4 mile drive to the Ranch is a bit bumpy...but worth it!

What time should we arrive Friday and depart on Sunday and can we stay longer?

We would love to have you with us as long as possible! Plan to arrive before our welcome dinner on Friday and stay for a leisurely breakfast on Sunday. To explore our beautiful venue before formal festivities begin (and to spend the most time possible with us!), you can check into your room at 3pm on Friday. Check out is at 11am on Sunday but we are all welcome to stay and play as long as we like on Sunday. The Ranch is also a vacation destination so you are welcome to make a vacation out of it and stay longer (or come earlier). You will just need to book with Kieshe.

Can I book a room for only 1 night

Oh for sure! Rates are then $150/night

Will the Ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

We are planning on having an outdoor ceremony and the dinner reception in the barn,

Will there really be a waterslide?

This was the one request of Coco's, so yes indeed we will have a 25' waterslide and bounce house on Saturday.

I plan on staying the entire weekend, do I need to book a room?

As soon as you know you will be able to attend, please call or text Kishe at 254-577-0899 to reserve your room. We have special rates for the wedding party.

What do I bring/wear for the weekend and the ceremony?

Octobers in Texas can be hot...or cold...or hot. Check the forecast before you leave. Bring comfortable and casual clothes for the weekend. We will be hosting all sorts of "Coco-crazy" things!...so wear comfortable clothes. The venue has a pool and hot tub so bring a swimsuit as well! Friday night will be "Go Texan"...wear those boots 'n bolos! We will have hats and moustaches! The ceremony will be the only part of the weekend that will take a "semi-formal" tone. Wear your best formal or cocktail attire!

Do I need to bring my own food?

You do not need to bring your own food unless you have something specific you would like to have. We will be providing all meals and snacks.
